Andrew Roberts and I am the units Special Operations Lieutenant, The Special Operations Division oversees the Special Project, Community Policing and the Field Training units, I am responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of these unit assuring that all directives are followed and that all task are accomplished in a timely fashion.
